The Concord Emergency Dispatch received a 911 call at approximately 11:04 a.m., alerting them to a multi-vehicle crash. Multiple ambulances were dispatched to the location to provide immediate assistance to the injured parties. Five individuals were subsequently transported to Concord Hospital for further medical attention. Notably, one person declined medical transport, according to statements from Concord Fire Chief John Chisholm.

Additionally, Exit 14 Northbound off-ramp and Loudon Road Eastbound at Exit 14 are also inaccessible at the moment.
